An all new offering that will make the competition "Green with envy". Using our a modified ZILLA(TM) TD06H turbine wheel*, and mating it to a large 49lb wheel as standard, we are proud to introduce the SUPERZILLA(TM)! Now also available with a 55lb, 60 lb, and a massive 65 lb wheel (special order at additional cost.) As with our standard ZILLA, we include all of our most popular services, Monster Port(TM) Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, and Grey ceramic on compressor housing. These turbos are available as either oil cooled only, or our most popular, the oil AND water cooled that uses normal Subaru position inlets to the coolant supply lines. As with all our other oil and water cooled turbos, this one comes WITH hard metal coolant supply lines which mount in the same direction as the factory style Subaru lines, Banjo bolts, Banjo bolt seals, oil return line, oil return line gasket, and stainless steel downpipe studs making it ready to install! (Some other manufacturers attempt to sell these items separately for increased profits!) With appropriate modifications and tuning this turbo can sustain 30 PSI and well over 550HP! While we can fit this turbo with an internal wastegate and wastegate actuator, we do recommend an external wastegate setup. SZ49 and SZ55 models available with standard 2.4 inch compressor inlet, or 3 inch compressor inlet. SZ60 and larger models ONLY available with 3 inch inlet. 3 inch inlet WILL require the use of Tumble Generator Valve Deletes on cars equipped with TGV. Will also require a 3 inch inlet tube. *As of 6-1-05 TD06H turbine has been replaced with TD06H clipped turbine. All oil AND water cooled models will include the following:

SZ49 Models: Oil cooled internal gate - $1595.00 + S&H Oil AND water cooled int. gate- $1645.00 + S&H Oil cooled EXTERNAL gate setup - $1545.00 + S&H Oil AND water cooled EXT. gate setup - $1595.00 + S&H SZ49 models come with our 49 lb/min compressor wheel, special compressor housing, super-high-flow turbine wheel, and are available in oil cooled only or oil and water cooled variants. SZ55 Models: SZ55 is the newest, biggest, baddest bolt-on for the WRX/STi. This turbo is rated for 550+ HP and can support 500 on normal boost-pump gas tunes. This monster comes with our 55 lb/min compressor wheel, super-duty cartridge, our PROPRIETARY "Fat-boy" turbine wheel, and we can even build it with an internal wastegate if needed! Due to the extremely high performance of this turbo it is NOT available in oil cooled only versions, we only build it with water cooling. Oil AND water cooled int. gate- $1995.00 + S&H Oil cooled EXTERNAL gate setup - $1945.00 + S&H WITHOUT "Fat-boy" turbine wheel - subtract $200.00 from the costs listed above and substitute a clipped TD06 High-flow turbine wheel.
SZ60 Models: Although a "stock location turbo" this is NOT a bolt-on turbo. This turbo requires the use of a 3 inch inlet pipe, Tumble-generator-valve-deletes, and is recommended to be run as an external gate setup. This turbo is rated for over 600 HP! This monster comes with our 60 lb/min compressor wheel, super-duty cartridge, and our PROPRIETARY "Fat-boy" turbine wheel. Due to the extremely high performance of this turbo it is NOT available in oil cooled only versions, we prefer to only build it with water cooling. Oil/Water cooled EXTERNAL gate setup : - $2145.00 + S&H

Oil/Water cooled EXTERNAL gate setup : - $2195.00 + S&H WITHOUT "Fat-boy" turbine wheel - subtract $200.00 from the costs listed above and substitute a clipped TD06 High-flow turbine wheel.

More information: We have the newest TC-3 balancer with assembly balance kit. This allows us to 3-way balance turbos. ALL new turbos and rebuilds get this service. First we balance the turbine wheel: Then the compressor wheel: Then we balance the entire assembly as a unit: This eliminates what is referred to as "stackup imbalance". If your shop does not add this third step, your turbo is NOT as smooth as it could be. The most perfectly balanced units must have this third step performed!
