SUPERZILLA IS AWAKE!!!(TM)

An all new offering that will make the competition "Green with envy". Using our a modified ZILLA(TM) TD06H turbine wheel*, and mating it to a large 49lb wheel as standard, we are proud to introduce the SUPERZILLA(TM)! Now also available with a 55lb, 60 lb, and a massive 65 lb wheel (special order at additional cost.) As with our standard ZILLA, we include all of our most popular services, Monster Port(TM) Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, and Grey ceramic on compressor housing. These turbos are available as either oil cooled only, or our most popular, the oil AND water cooled that uses normal Subaru position inlets to the coolant supply lines. As with all our other oil and water cooled turbos, this one comes WITH hard metal coolant supply lines which mount in the same direction as the factory style Subaru lines, Banjo bolts, Banjo bolt seals, oil return line, oil return line gasket, and stainless steel downpipe studs making it ready to install! (Some other manufacturers attempt to sell these items separately for increased profits!) With appropriate modifications and tuning this turbo can sustain 30 PSI and well over 550HP! While we can fit this turbo with an internal wastegate and wastegate actuator, we do recommend an external wastegate setup. SZ49 and SZ55 models available with standard 2.4 inch compressor inlet, or 3 inch compressor inlet. SZ60 and larger models ONLY available with 3 inch inlet. 3 inch inlet WILL require the use of Tumble Generator Valve Deletes on cars equipped with TGV. Will also require a 3 inch inlet tube.

*As of 6-1-05 TD06H turbine has been replaced with TD06H clipped turbine.

All oil AND water cooled models will include the following:

Metal coolant supply lines
   Coolant supply banjo bolts
   Coolant supply banjo seals
   Oil return line with new gasket and bolts
   Stainless steel downpipe studs

SZ49 Models:

Oil cooled internal gate - $1595.00 + S&H

SZ49 models come with our 49 lb/min compressor wheel, special compressor housing, super-high-flow turbine wheel, and are available in oil cooled only or oil and water cooled variants.

SZ55 Models:

SZ55 is the newest, biggest, baddest bolt-on for the WRX/STi. This turbo is rated for 550+ HP and can support 500 on normal boost-pump gas tunes. This monster comes with our 55 lb/min compressor wheel, super-duty cartridge, our PROPRIETARY "Fat-boy" turbine wheel, and we can even build it with an internal wastegate if needed! Due to the extremely high performance of this turbo it is NOT available in oil cooled only versions, we only build it with water cooling.

Oil cooled EXTERNAL gate setup - $1945.00 + S&H

WITHOUT "Fat-boy" turbine wheel - subtract $200.00 from the costs listed above and substitute a clipped TD06 High-flow turbine wheel.

SZ60 Models:

Although a "stock location turbo" this is NOT a bolt-on turbo. This turbo requires the use of a 3 inch inlet pipe, Tumble-generator-valve-deletes, and is recommended to be run as an external gate setup. This turbo is rated for over 600 HP! This monster comes with our 60 lb/min compressor wheel, super-duty cartridge, and our PROPRIETARY "Fat-boy" turbine wheel. Due to the extremely high performance of this turbo it is NOT available in oil cooled only versions, we prefer to only build it with water cooling.

Oil/Water cooled EXTERNAL gate setup :

SZ65 Models:

Although a "stock location turbo" this is NOT a bolt-on turbo. This turbo requires the use of a 3 inch inlet pipe, Tumble-generator-valve-deletes, and is recommended to be run as an external gate setup. This turbo is rated for nearly 650 HP! This monster comes with our 60 lb/min compressor wheel, super-duty cartridge, and our PROPRIETARY "Fat-boy" turbine wheel. Due to the extremely high performance of this turbo it is NOT available in oil cooled only versions, we prefer to only build it with water cooling.

Oil/Water cooled EXTERNAL gate setup :

- $2195.00 + S&H

WITHOUT "Fat-boy" turbine wheel - subtract $200.00 from the costs listed above and substitute a clipped TD06 High-flow turbine wheel.

We have the newest TC-3 balancer with assembly balance kit. This allows us to 3-way balance turbos. ALL new turbos and rebuilds get this service.

This eliminates what is referred to as "stackup imbalance". If your shop does not add this third step, your turbo is NOT as smooth as it could be. The most perfectly balanced units must have this third step performed!

WRX/STi	SUPERZILLA! One of our most popular new releases! Unlike other manufacturers, we offer a true bolt-on BIG turbo for the WRX and STi! We INCLUDE: Coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs. Other manufacturer's have been know to try to sell these items at additional cost, or even to tell customers that they weren't needed! This turbo comes with a TD06 high flow turbine wheel, and a 49 lb/minute compressor wheel (SZ49 model only, other compressor wheels available, 53, 55, and even 57 lb configurations). WRX/STi	ZILLA TD06H-20G, 19C, 18G Uses the TD06 High-flow turbine wheel for optimum top end performance with slightly more lag than our TD05H series. As with all our ZILLA series turbos, this turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs. Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit. It comes standard with our Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, grey ceramic on compressor housing, and our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan! WRX/STi	ZILLA TD05H-20G,19C,18G, Super16, 17C Uses the TD05 High-flow turbine wheel for lightning fast spoolup. As with all our ZILLA series turbos, this turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs. Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit. It comes standard with our Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, grey ceramic on compressor housing, and our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan! Available with external or internal wastegate.
WRX	TD05H-16G Very quick spoolup is the key attribute of this turbo, originally developed for early WRX models, this turbo came with a 90 degree inlet, which would not work with the later models of WRX. We offer this turbo with the 90 degree inlet, a modified straight inlet to fit later production vehicles, and a rotated inlet, for custom Legacy installations. This turbo qualifies for our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan! Available with additional upgrades (at extra cost) such as our World Famous Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coated turbine housing, and Grey ceramic coated compressor housing.
WRX/STi	KONG and KONG2 IHI ball bearing cartridge based. This turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs. Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit. It comes standard with our Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, grey ceramic on compressor housing. Available as oil AND water cooled ONLY.
WRX	Rebuilt TD04 and Monster TD04 The turbo that made us famous! We take a standard, stock WRX TD04 turbo and then let our mad scientists go to work! It gets our world-famous Monster Port(TM) process, which impoves spoolup, midrange power, lowers peak torque RPM level, and improves acceleration. Also available with ceramic coating, compressor housing outlet port, and compressor wheel upgrades.
IHI WRX/STi	IHI Turbos Unlike other vendors, we sell only IHI turbos distributed by IHI America. Turbos distributed through IHI America carry a 1 yr. limited manufacturer warranty. Grey market turbos sold by many vendors carry no warranty at all. This turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs.
