Standard rebuild on TD04/TD05 models:

Includes new bushings, seals, O-rings, retainers, thrust bearing, center section cleaning and inspection, and 3-way rebalance on assembly.  Does not include repair to damaged turbine shafts, wheels, housings, or bearing races.       Starting at $299.00

After your rebuild is completed at Deadbolt, we offer something that most of our competitors do not.  After we have balanced your compressor and turbine wheels and reassembled the center section, we add a third step.  We use our Heins TC-3 cartridge kit to balance the center section as a complete assembly.  This eliminates stackup imbalance that is caused when the turbo is built.  If you want the smoothest and best balanced turbo, this step is an absolute MUST!

 

Compressor wheel upgrades:

We have the ability to perform a myriad of compressor wheel upgrades.  From our special Hybrid 19T-TD04 to 20G compressor wheels in IHI turbos, to wild GT series compressor wheels into Mitsubishi center sections, we can do most anything your heart desires.       Prices range from  $299.00-$399.00

After the appropriate machine work is done to your housing/wheels/center section, we will balance your compressor wheel on our state-of-the-art Heins TC3 balancer, the newest and most advanced balancer available.

 

Turbine Clipping and Rebalance Services:

Turbine "clipping" refers to a process in which we remove the trailing edges of the turbine blades in order to allow more flow through the vanes.  This can offer as much as a 25% increase in flow, and therefore more top end power potential.  This is a common, and recommended procedure when upgrading compressor wheels in most turbochargers.   $99.00

After the clipping procedure has been done, we will balance your turbine wheel on our state-of-the-art Heins TC3 balancer, the newest and most advanced balancer available.

 

WRX/STi

SUPERZILLA!
One of our most popular new releases!  Unlike other manufacturers, we offer a true bolt-on BIG turbo for the WRX and STi!  We INCLUDE: Coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs.  Other manufacturer's have been know to try to sell these items at additional cost, or even to tell customers that they weren't needed!  This turbo comes with a TD06 high flow turbine wheel, and a 49 lb/minute compressor wheel (SZ49 model only, other compressor wheels available, 53, 55, and even 57 lb configurations).  It comes standard with our Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, grey ceramic on compressor housing, and our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan!  Available with external or internal wastegate, and as oil cooled only, or our standard oil AND water cooled version. SZ49 and SZ55 models available with standard 2.4 inch compressor inlet, or 3 inch compressor inlet.  SZ60 and larger models ONLY available with 3 inch inlet.  3 inch inlet WILL require the use of Tumble Generator Valve Deletes on cars equipped with TGV.  Will also require a 3 inch inlet tube.


 

WRX/STi

ZILLA TD06H-20G, 19C, 18G

Uses the TD06 High-flow turbine wheel for optimum top end performance with slightly more lag than our TD05H series.

As with all our ZILLA series turbos, this turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs.  Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit.  It comes standard with our Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, grey ceramic on compressor housing, and our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan!  Available with external or internal wastegate.

 

WRX/STi

ZILLA TD05H-20G,19C,18G, Super16, 17C

Uses the TD05 High-flow turbine wheel for lightning fast spoolup.

As with all our ZILLA series turbos, this turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs.  Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit.  It comes standard with our Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, grey ceramic on compressor housing, and our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan!  Available with external or internal wastegate.


 

WRX

TD05H-16G

Very quick spoolup is the key attribute of this turbo, originally developed for early WRX models, this turbo came with a 90 degree inlet, which would not work with the later models of WRX.  We offer this turbo with the 90 degree inlet, a modified straight inlet to fit later production vehicles, and a rotated inlet, for custom Legacy installations.

This turbo qualifies for our FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan!

Available with additional upgrades (at extra cost) such as our World Famous Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coated turbine housing, and Grey ceramic coated compressor housing.

Rebuilt TD04 and Monster TD04

The turbo that made us famous!  We take a standard, stock WRX TD04 turbo and then let our mad scientists go to work!  It gets our world-famous Monster Port(TM) process, which impoves spoolup, midrange power, lowers peak torque RPM level, and improves acceleration.  Also available with ceramic coating, compressor housing outlet port, and compressor wheel upgrades.

IHI Turbos

Unlike other vendors, we sell only IHI turbos distributed by IHI America.  Turbos distributed through IHI America carry a 1 yr. limited manufacturer warranty.  Grey market turbos sold by many vendors carry no warranty at all.

This turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs.  Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit.
