Deadbolt Enterprises believes in taking care of our customers. If at any time during your ownership of your Deadbolt Enterprises rebuildable series turbocharger it requires rebuild services caused by wear and/or age, Deadbolt Enterprises will rebuild the turbocharger for free provided that you purchased the turbocharger from us as new, and that any failure was not caused by any OTHER factor than standard wear and age.  This offer will not cover abuse, neglect, improper use, improper installation, or damage caused by failure of another associated part.  This offer does NOT apply to all IHI turbochargers, please ask us if your IHI will qualify before buying.
 

If you were NOT the original owner of the turbocharger, the turbo would need to have been sent to our facility by the original owner in order to be recertified, checked, and updated (a $50.00 fee may apply) with new owner information.  If you are considering purchasing, or have purchased, one of our products used from someone, make sure that this process is correctly followed, or we will not be able to extend the free rebuilds to you as a second owner.  This recertification MUST be done BEFORE a new owner installs or uses the turbo or the free rebuilds plan is voided.  If you have any questions about this portion of the policy please make sure to contact us.


This offer covers all our rebuildable turbochargers and includes the following parts and labor required to replace them:

-All seals and gaskets
-All bushings
-Thrust bearing if needed
-Collar seat
-Bearing retainers
-Cartridge teardown, -inspection, and cleaning

This offer will not cover any damage to other non-standard rebuild parts (nor the associated labor to replace or repair them) such as:
 

-Wastegate flapper
-Compressor wheel
-Compressor housing
-Turbine wheel and shaft
-Turbine housing
-Compressor wheel retaining nut
-V-Band clamp
-Snap ring
-Wastegate actuator
-Coatings

Below are some examples of things that will NOT be covered by our warranty:

This customer's shop decided to use teflon tape to seal the oil inlet banjo bolt.  The material made its way into the cartridge, clogged the oiler on the thrust bearing, and killed the turbo!  DO NOT USE ANY SEALANT MATERIAL ON THE BANJO BOLTS!!!  THE CRUSH WASHERS ARE THE SEALS!!!
